ABOUT KEMET MIND

Business understanding meets design and technology.

Better work starts with people

Better work starts with people

Founded by Ramez Baskaron and John Youssef, KEMET Mind develops customized applications, AI systems and operational software.

Our approach starts with the people doing the work, the information they use and the decisions they need to make. We bring those pieces together through practical applications, AI and operational systems.

Your next chapter starts with smarter work. Connect your teams to an AI workspace that turns information into action, so great ideas can move forward.

OUR VALUES

What we stand for.

What we stand for.

What we stand for.

Four principles guide how we think, design and build.

01

Understand first

We listen, ask questions and map the real process before proposing software.

02

Make complexity clear

We create simple interfaces, visible status and clear ownership.

03

Keep people in control

We make approvals, responsibilities and accountability part of the system.

04

Build for change

We structure systems so workflows can evolve with your business.
